What is needed to order glasses?
You will need a valid Glasses Prescription with a Pupillary Distance (PD). If you are needing a Progressive (no line multifocal) you will also need a Segment Height (where the multifocal should start). You can upload your prescription above or email your presciption to eyedekor@eyedekor.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, we will return or exchange the glasses. You will need to email us at eyedekor@eyedekor.com to set up a return or exchange.
What is the warranty on the glasses?
Our lenses come with Anti Reflective coating and Scratch Protection free of charge. This gives them a one year warranty against surface scratches and coating breakdowns. If the lenses are chewed by a pet or have deep gouges in them, they will not be replaced under warranty.
Our frames come with a one year warranty. The frame will be replaced one time with only shipping cost.
